adidas Crazy 8 “1998 NBA All-Star Game” Retro

adidas finally grants all of the old school adidas basketball lovers wishes with the re-release of the classic Crazy 8 in the same colorway that Kobe Bryant wore during his 1998 All-Star Game appearance. This classic model features all of the original branding and and colors minus the Kobe "8" unfortunataly but for obvious reasons since Kobe is now with Nike. Adidas Basketball Crazy 1 Retro

13 years ago Adidas released the very first Kobe 1 which was a radical and out of the box design to say the least. The fro rocking Kobe Bryant went on to win his first Championship with the Lakers and the dynasty was forming.

Adidas is now bringing the original Kobe 1 back but have renamed it the Crazy 1 because of the obvious ties Kobe has with Nike at the moment. This roadster influenced design will be available for the first time in 13 years on December 26th everywhere.

Kobe Bryant could care less that Dwight Howard left LA

Things between Kobe Bryant and Dwight Howard were always thought to be that of a friend that has wronged you in a past lifetime. From the jump this tumultuous relationship was awkward at best. After the Lakers latest media day Mr. Bryant definitely cleared things up even more when asked about Howard leaving for the Houston Rockets in the offseason. Kobe was quoted saying "Honestly, man, i don't really give a shit. It is what it is." Im sure most Lakers fans would agree whole heartedly and are ready to put one of the worst seasons in recent memory behind them. The jury is still out on Bryant's injured leg but if you should know not to count anyone out at this point it should be the Black Mamba himself.
