After 25 long years you would think anything would get a little tired and stale especially a tv show of all things but that could'nt be further from the truth with The Simpsons. You could easily argue that they are more popular now than ever which is a testament to their staying power and impact on pop culture.

Modern Monstars by Marcus Allen

There have been rumors for years now that an eventual Space Jam sequel would come to reality with Lebron James at the center of the film. Marcus Allen takes those rumors and turns them into reality with this crazy "Modern Monstars" illustration showing what a possibly reboot may look like with todays current NBA mainstays. Black Griffin, James Harden, Kevin Durant and Joakim Noah all get the classic Monstars treatment and all we can think after looking at this is please make this happen! Fingers cross a Space Jam 2 eventually does happen sometime in the future but until then lets just enjoy this great piece from Marcus Allen. The Simpsons Recreates Ellen DeGeneres’ Famous Oscar Selfie Photo

We've all seen it by now, the Twitter breaking selfie that Ellen took at this years Oscars. The moment was definetaly one for the books in the world of entertainment and social media but now The Simpsons artist Matt Groening has penned what is sure to be the best flip of the classic photo we have seen yet. The image which included Jennifer Lawrence, Meryl Streep, Ellen DeGeneres, Bradley Cooper, Peter Nyong’o Jr., brother of Lupita Nyong’o, winner of the Oscar for Best Supporting Actress, as well as Channing Tatum, Julia Roberts, Kevin Spacey, Brad Pitt, Angelina Jolie and Jared Leto, looks 10 times better with the classic Simpsons treatment if you ask us.

CARTOON X POP by ZHI-YUN ZHANG

Check out this set of images by Zhi-Yun Zhang entitled Cartoon x Pop. Zhi-Yun Zhang describes this collection as: "Nowadays in every entertaining industry there are features and collaborations. I wanted to bring two sectors together. So I mixed up the style of famous cartoon shows with some of today's musicians. I try to match the right counterparts and be close as possible."

With entertainment heavyweights like Kanye West, Rick Ross, Miley Cyrus, Drake, A$ap Rocky and Pharrell just to name a few Zhi-Yun Zhang hits a home run with the overall theme and executes with perfection to give some really memorable pieces here.
