Adidas Superstar 80s CNY “Year of the Horse”

With 2014 all but here already its only right that the "Year of the Horse" editions start comming out the woodwork. This Adidas Superstar 80s CNY done up in the theme is one of the early standouts. The all gold upper with a horse-patterned woven jaquard which represents good luck, something we all could use going into the new year.

Keith Haring x RUN DMC x Adidas Originals Superstar 80s 'Christmas in Hollis'

Adidas Originals celebrates RUN-DMC's 80's hit single "Christmas in Hollis" with this well done Superstar 80s. Keith Haring originally teamed up with the group back then to give the world this 4 times platinum record.

Haring's imprint is all over the shoe inside and out with the RUN-DMC logo on the tounge, midsole and insoles. The main upper is also made of a nice black leather and ripstop combo.

Adidas is releasing these Superstar 80s on December 21st on the Adidas Originals site here as well as their retail stores in very limited quantaties. Continue below for a few additional shots of these great tribute shoes.
